The Trabsobturator Tape (TOT) outside-in procedure is a simple, effective, safe, and minimally invasive technique for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence (SUI). There was a significant improvement in the quality of life of patients that underwent the TOT outside-in surgery for the treatment of their SUI; A positive correlation was shown between the subjective cure rate and the objective cure rates.
